Rock Her World

I woke up this morning to read this story about a model in this commercial for a jewelry store who is suing the company. They did not disclose the name of the model in the video. Apparently they told her that an average guy putting a necklace on her would get her excited. My opinion: If your hired by the company, paid, and participate in the shoot then they own all the footage and can do what they want. Plus if your moaning for a camera how do you think the ad will come across? Seriously, this ad is no worse then the famous Herbal Essences ads of yesteryear (see below both ads).
